Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued after deducting reverse shipping charges in the following cases:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned shipment is received and verified.

Return & Exchange Policy

This item is non-returnable.
Exchanges are allowed only in the unlikely event that:
- The product arrives damaged or defective, or
- You receive the wrong item.

To qualify for an exchange, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team with relevant order details and photographs of the product.

Reverse shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges will be processed only after verification and receipt of the returned product in its original packaging and unused condition.
