Sritha Creations works with reputable logistics partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery of all orders. However, Sritha Creations shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, or damage to shipments caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: courier or postal delays, natural calamities, strikes, customs clearance issues, or incorrect/incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect details, non-availability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the shipment, a refund will be issued after deducting the reverse shipping fee.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, and Sritha Creations reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy without prior notice.
2. Shipping Policy Basics
Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 8-10 working days, subject to product availability and payment verification.
Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 4–5 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 12–14 business days, subject to customs clearance and international logistics timelines.
Taxes and Shipping Charges

Applicable taxes and domestic shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping charges are not included at checkout and vary depending on destination and order size. Customers are requested to contact us for details prior to placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details. Orders can be tracked directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.
3. Detailed Shipping Policy
A. Domestic Shipping

Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.

If delivery fails after three attempts or if the order is refused, a refund will be processed after deducting the reverse shipping fee.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including the correct PIN/ZIP code and a valid mobile number, to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

If the tracking link shows the order as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please email us at info.srithacreations@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery date indicated by the courier. Reports made after this time cannot be investigated with the shipping partner.
B. International Shipping

Our products require special handling and packaging due to their handcrafted and often fragile nature. As a result, shipping costs vary depending on product size, weight, and destination.

International shipping fees are communicated separately before order confirmation. Once the customer agrees to the shipping costs and completes payment, our team will share shipment details.

Duties and taxes applicable in the destination country are not included in the order total. These must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

If a customer refuses to pay duties/taxes and delivery cannot be completed, no refunds will be provided.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
C. General Terms
